What are your salon operating hours?
Our salon is open from 10 AM to 8 PM, Monday though Sunday by appointment. We want to ensure that we can provide personalized service, so please text us or book online to secure your spot during these hours!

We keep it flexible so you can focus on the transformation, not the transaction. Moxxy Studio accepts cash, all major debit and credit cards, and digital payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What hair products do you use?
We use high-quality, professional products from top brands to ensure the best results. We carry products that cater to a variety of clients. If you’re interested in any of the products we use, we’d be happy to recommend options for you to use at home as well!
How should I prepare for my hair appointment?
For color services, it’s best not to wash your hair the day of the appointment, as your natural oils will help protect your scalp. For haircuts, feel free to bring photos of styles you like—it helps give me a clear idea of what you’re looking for. If you're getting a treatment, we’ll discuss your hair goals to tailor the service to your needs. And most importantly, come with an open mind—I’m here to help you achieve your best look!
How should I prepare for my skin appointment?
For sugaring, make sure the hair is about the length of a grain of rice—usually 10–14 days of growth. Gently exfoliate the day before (not the day of!) and skip any lotions or oils so the sugar can grip properly. For skin services, avoid active ingredients like retinol or acids a few days beforehand, and come with clean, bare skin. We’ll chat about your skin goals when you get here so we can customize your treatment. Most importantly, come relaxed and ready to treat yourself—you’re in good hands!
Can you fix bad cut or color?
Yes! If you’re not happy with a previous haircut or color, we can work together to fix it. I’ll assess the situation and recommend the best way to correct the color or cut, whether it's a subtle adjustment or a more dramatic change. I’ll guide you through the process and ensure we achieve the result you’re hoping for.
